OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Team Toews is a warm, people-first company that values excellence, integrity, and dependability. As our next full-time Operations Administrator, your day-to-day will include a wide variety of administrative and communication tasks that keep our business running smoothly. This includes things like scheduling, customer service, and lots (we mean lots!) of written communication - emails, texts, messages. You'll be supporting both our team of cleaners in the field and our wonderful clients, so being friendly, dependable, and organized is key.
All candidates must be able to commute to our office in West Abbotsford.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Daily operations: scheduling, team communication, inbox management, etc.
- Planning, problem-solving, and general administrative support
- Managing client feedback to maintain the Team Toews Standard
- Helping nurture a positive experience for our clients, cleaners, and the business as a whole
